NEEDS A REAL ANSWER: Delivery time depends heavily on whether the final sourced product ships from a US warehouse or overseas — this was flagged as unconfirmed in the sourcing conversation. A China-origin dropship item can realistically take 2-4 weeks, not 5-10 business days. Do not publish a delivery estimate until the actual fulfillment location is confirmed.

Order Tracking

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within [7-14] days of the expected delivery date and we'll work with you to resolve it — typically a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrectly entered address, though we'll do what we can to help if you catch the error quickly after ordering.
