Refund policy
THE 30-NIGHT GUARANTEE Try it for 30 nights. If it's not right for you, it's simply not right for you — and returning it won't be complicated.
Eligibility
- You have 30 nights from the date of delivery to decide if The Off Switch Cooling Blanket is right for you.
- Unlike many return policies, the product does not need to be unused or in original packaging — the whole point of the 30-night window is that you actually try it. It should be reasonably clean and undamaged beyond normal use.
- One return per household under the guarantee window. This is a normal, standard limit to prevent misuse — it does not apply to defective items, which are always covered.
How to Start a Return
Email theoffswitchsupport@gmail.com with your order number and a short note about why it's not working out. We're a small, real team, and an actual person will respond — typically within [1-2] business days — with next steps.
Who Pays Return Shipping
The Off Switch covers return shipping. We'll email a prepaid return label once a return is approved — you don't pay to send it back.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within [5-10] business days. You'll get an email confirmation when your refund is processed. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
If the issue is simply the wrong weight or size, email us first — an exchange is often faster and easier than a full return and re-purchase, and we'd rather get you the right one than process a refund.
What's Not Covered
- Damage from obvious misuse (e.g., machine drying against care instructions, pet damage)
- Returns initiated after the 30-night window without prior communication
